NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The entry period for the “Fighting Phishing: Everything You Can Do to Fight Social Engineering and Phishing Signed Book Sweepstakes” begins on June 2, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on June 12, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, and abide by, these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of KnowBe4, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents (must be legally domiciled) in the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec or residents of locations where promotions are restricted or not permitted) who are 18 years of age (provided it is the age of majority in the State or Province of residence) or older as of date of entry, submit a valid entry (in accordance with Section 3), and qualify for the Promotion based on Sponsor’s internal criteria. There is no purchase, cost, or other similar future obligation required in order to enter. Employees, consultants, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, Promotion partners, or agencies (“Sponsor Entities”) and members of the immediate family or household of anyone so employed are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or accept a Prize.

   Each entrant represents that any acceptance of the Prize by them will be in compliance with their organization's internal gift policies. Government officials represent that they will not enter the Promotion if the Promotion is not in accordance with anti-bribery and corruption laws that may be applicable to them. The offer and acceptance of the Prize is subject to various economic sanctions and other restrictive trade measures administered by the U.S. and other applicable governments, including, without limitation, the economic sanctions laws and regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), 31 C.F.R. §§ 500, et seq. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of submitting an entry for the Promotion, as follows:

   1. Entry Submission Method One – register for, and attend, the “Everything You Can Do to Fight Social Engineering and Phishing” Webinar at 2:00 pm Eastern Time on June 12, 2024 (https://info.knowbe4.com/fight-social-engineering-and-phishing) to be automatically entered into the Promotion. Please note that the registration form requires your contact information, including your first and last name, organization email address, organization company name, and country. By filling out the registration form, you represent that you explicitly consent to the Sponsor contacting you. If you do not consent to the Sponsor contacting you, do not complete the registration form.

   2. Entry Submission Method Two – send a 3x5 card (one card per entrant per envelope for each entry during this Promotion Period) with the words “Fighting Phishing: Signed Book Sweepstakes” along with your first and last name, organization email address, organization company name, job title, and contact phone number to: “Fighting Phishing: Everything You Can Do to Fight Social Engineering and Phishing Signed Book Sweepstakes,” c/o KnowBe4, Inc., Attention: Legal Department, 33 N. Garden Ave., Suite 1200, Clearwater, Florida 33755. By entering using this method, you explicitly consent to the Sponsor contacting you. If you do not consent to the Sponsor contacting you, do not enter by this method.

   Eligible entrants may use either Entry Method One or Entry Method Two but cannot use both. There is a maximum of one (1) entry submission allowed per person across all entry methods. If a person enters more than once (for either or both entry methods) then all of their entries will be ineligible. All entries must be received by June 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time in order to be included in the Promotion. Entrants are responsible for entries to arrive before the cut-off time and assume all risk of postal delivery delays that may cause entries to arrive late.

   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any problem prevents the Promotion from running as planned. Sponsor also reserves the right to extend or modify the Promotion. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and may be used by such without compensation or attribution back to the entrant who submitted the entry. By participating in the Promotion, you are acknowledging and consenting to the unrestricted future use by the Sponsor of your entry submission. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries will be accepted. Promotion entries will be deemed null and void and will be rejected if not submitted through authorized, legitimate channels. The use of any device to automate the entry process (other than licensing servers via Entry Method One) is prohibited. NOTE: entry submissions must be made by the entrant, personally; you may not enter the Promotion on behalf of another individual. Entries submitted by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address including, but not limited to, commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Promotion.

4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 13, 2024, by Sponsor, and ten potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided in the entry submission, on or around the week of June 17, 2024 (the “Notification”) and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners may be subject to disqualification if the Notification is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, or if a potential winner: (A) fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the Notification attempt; (B) cannot accept or is unwilling to accept a Prize for any reason; or (C) cannot or does not comply with these Official Promotion Rules or is otherwise found to be ineligible. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which a Prize will remain un-awarded. The Prize recipients shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local income taxes on the Prize and any expenses in excess of the Prize amount. The Prize recipients may be asked to return a complete and accurate W9 form to Sponsor in order to claim their Prize.

5. PRIZES: Winning entry submissions may be eligible to receive one of ten paperback copies of “Fighting Phishing: Everything You Can Do to Fight Social Engineering and Phishing” (retail value $25 USD) (each, a “Prize(s)”). There is a maximum of one (1) entry submission allowed per person across all entry methods for this Promotion. The Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, redeemed for cash, or otherwise substituted except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or similar value in the event the offered Prizes are unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER LIST: For the name of the Prize winners, available after June 24, 2024, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Fighting Phishing Signed Book Sweepstakes Winner List,” c/o KnowBe4, Inc., Attention: Legal Department, 33 N. Garden Ave., Suite 1200, Clearwater, Florida 33755.

7. CONDUCT: BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU: (A) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF SPONSOR (WHICH DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DECISIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, RECIPIENTS, AND THE INTERPRETATION OF TERMS USED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (B) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION IS TRUE, ACCURATE, AND COMPLETE; AND (C) AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, TERRITORIAL, AND PROVINCIAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR DEEM INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION OR ANY FUTURE SPONSOR PROMOTIONS, ANY INDIVIDUAL IT SUSPECTS: (A) TO BE TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OR ANY WEBSITE; (B) TO BE ACTING IN VIOLATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES OR SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY OR OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS, OR GUIDELINES; (C) TO BE ACTING IN BAD FAITH OR IN A DISRUPTIVE MANNER, OR WITH THE INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN, OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON; (D) TO HAVE FAILED TO AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (E) TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES; OR (F) TO BE IN VIOLATION OF ANY LAWS WITH RESPECT TO THEIR ENTRY INTO THE PROMOTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY INTERNET SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELL AS CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SPONSOR BELIEVE OR BECOME AWARE THAT SUCH AN ATTEMPT HAS BEEN, IS BEING, OR WILL BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE ENTRANT(S) AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL(S) IN THE ATTEMPTED DAMAGE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

8. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT, FOR ENTRANT AND FOR ENTRANT’S HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FOREVER AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE SPONSOR, AND EACH OF ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE PROMOTION, ATTENDANCE, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND THE COLLECTION, USE, AND/OR SHARING BY SPONSOR OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF THE ENTRANTS, OR FOR ANY PRINTING, PRODUCTION, TYPOGRAPHICAL, OR HUMAN ERROR.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, ANY ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITE, THE REMOVAL FROM ANY WEBSITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION. THE PROMOTION, THE PRIZE, AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ENTRANT AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE RELEASEES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.

10. GENERAL RELEASE: By participating, each entrant agrees that Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, licensees, and assigns and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s computer system which is occasioned by accessing the Sponsor website or participating in the Promotion, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible, or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, video incompatibility, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone, or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. By accepting the Prize, the recipient acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

    If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible, and the potential recipient will forfeit the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being executed as planned or if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. Inclusion in the Promotion shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of Prize described in these Official Promotion Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Promotion Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Promotion Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings and captions are used in Official Promotion Rules solely for convenience of reference and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Promotion Rules or any provision thereof.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Official Promotion Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion and these Official Promotion Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. DATA COLLECTION/PRIVACY: Sponsor collects personal information from entrants when they enter the Promotion for use in administration of the Promotion. The information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.knowbe4.com/website-privacy-notice. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sponsor will only use your personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion, unless you provide consent signifying your agreement to any other processing or use of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@knowbe4.com.

    Information collected in connection with this Promotion may be shared with the other Sponsor Entities, and in such event, such Sponsor Entities will use such information in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://www.knowbe4.com/privacy-policy/. By accepting the Prize, and to the extent permissible by law, the verified recipient hereby grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to the use of her or his name, picture, likeness, voice, address (country, city, and state or province), company name, and any statements made or attributed to such recipient (collectively, “Attributes”) for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media including, without limitation, on a website owned or operated by one of the Sponsor Entities and in other promotional materials, without further notice, review, or approval, and without further compensation, and releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor Entities from and against all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.
