KnowBe4 Wrapped - A Year of Excellence 2024

As we bid farewell to an amazing year, let's unwrap the highlights of KnowBe4's journey in 2024, focusing on our incredible workplace. Like Spotify Wrapped, but with an office flair, let's celebrate the achievements, accolades, and strides in creating an exceptional workplace culture that made this year stand out.

In the past year, KnowBe4 has expanded its global presence with a new office space in France. We are excited to watch our global presence grow each year.

We also acquired a company called Egress. Egress is the only cloud email security platform to continuously assess human risk and dynamically adapt policy controls, preparing customers to defend against advanced phishing attacks and outbound data breaches before they happen. Egress and KnowBe4 share a vision of delivering tailored and relevant security to each employee.

Sustainable Workplace Practices 🌿

In the past year, KnowBe4 has been dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment through a series of dynamic sustainability events and initiatives, including the following:

- Waste Free February contest/initiative

- Earth Day cleanups in the US, Germany, India, South Africa, and Singapore, and the UK

- Canal cleanup in the Netherlands

- Donated to reforest 14 forests by planting 14,000 trees, protecting 14 endangered species in the process, and adopted 14 beeshives.

- World Cleanup Day in the US, Netherlands, and Japan

- Plastic Free Fridays in November

- Big Cleanup Clearwater

- A total of over 390 volunteers cleaned up a total of nearly 1050 pounds of trash

Community Involvement 🏘️

KnowBe4 is deeply committed to giving back to our community. Some of our charitable initiatives from this year were:

- We sponsored 80 local children through brighter seasons with EPIC with our annual Holiday Giving Tree 
- Hosted a school donation drive with Calvin Hunsinger School
- Gathered clothing and supplies for the organization "Hands Across the Bay"
- Hosted the Blood Bus

- Our Knowsters Parents employee resource group donated diapers and funds to Diapers for Kids.

- Our VAMOS! employee resource group donated funds to Brazil for relief after their flooding.
