KnowBe4 "Lucky Draw" Gift Promotion

  1. The Gacha Extravaganza! (the “Gift Draw”) is organised by KnowBe4 Pte. Ltd. (“KnowBe4”). Information on how to participate and receive a Gift form part of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Lucky Draw is open to attendees of the CISO Singapore event who are aged 18 years or over (each, an “Eligible Participant(s)”). Employees and agents of KnowBe4 engaged in connection with the development or operation of the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Lucky Draw and confirm to the KnowBe4 representatives that such consent has been given before their participation in the Lucky Draw. The KnowBe4 representatives reserve the right to refuse participation by any person, at their discretion. Each Eligible Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in this Lucky Draw is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the Eligible Participant.

  3. The Promotion commences 20 August 2024 and ends on 21 August 2024 (“Participation Period”) at the Equarius Hotel Sentosa, located at 8 Sentosa Gateway, Equarius Hotel, Singapore 098269.

  4. To participate, the Eligible Participant must visit KnowBe4 at the CISO Singapore event, in-person, during the Participation Period to scan the QR Code, follow the link to complete the online form, and submit: their full name; organisation’s name; organisational email; title within the organisation; telephone number; information about the size of their organisation and their security awareness training program; and whether they would like to be contacted by a KnowBe4 sales representative. Upon submitting the online form, Eligible Participants will: receive a chance to participate in the instant Lucky Draw; be notified of their Gift; and have the opportunity to immediately claim their Gift.

  5. Eligible Participants will receive a Gift, allocated based on a random drawing and availability. Gifts include various KnowBe4-branded promotional products and merchandise, such as a tote bag, notebook, stylus pen, or a pair of socks, each with a nominal retail value (each, a “Gift”). Gifts are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  6. Eligible Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon participation. KnowBe4 reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to present a Gift to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  7. Personal information, including the Eligible Participant’s name, company name, company email, company title, telephone number, and information about Eligible Participant’s company may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, or otherwise used by KnowBe4 for promotional and marketing purposes, including for direct marketing (“Purpose”). This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and KnowBe4’s agents or third-party service providers.

  8. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Eligible Participant acknowledges, agrees, and consents to the use of their personal information for the Purpose, and that KnowBe4 may contact them for future marketing and material purposes without payment. The Eligible Participant agrees that KnowBe4 may use this information for that purpose and disclose it to other organisations or persons including overseas service providers located in the United States that may use it, in any media for the Purpose.

  9. The Eligible Participant may access, change, or update their personal information by emailing KnowBe4 at privacy@knowbe4.com. A copy of KnowBe4’s privacy policy is available at https://www.knowbe4.com/website-privacy-notice. The privacy policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy-related complaint.

  10. These terms and conditions, and the Lucky Draw and any claim or dispute between KnowBe4 and the Eligible Participant is governed by the laws of Singapore. The Eligible Participants agree to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

  11. KnowBe4 reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Lucky Draw or amend these terms and conditions, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
