The 2024 Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list is a collaboration between Newsweek and the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a development and benchmark research company. This year's rankings stem from an extensive survey of over one million employees across organisations ranging from small businesses with less than 35 employees to large corporations employing more than 5,000. The list recognises organisations that have successfully cultivated work environments where employees feel deeply respected, inspired, and valued. These organisations stand out for placing their employees at the heart of their business model, cultivating cultures of appreciation and engagement.

"KnowBe4 is thrilled to be recognised as a top most loved workplace in the UK for the second consecutive year," said Ani Banerjee, chief human resources officer at KnowBe4. "This repeat honour highlights our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture that is genuinely people-centric and consistently embodies our core values of extreme ownership, radical transparency, and fun. We are proud that our efforts to create an exceptional work environment continue to resonate with our team members and set us apart in the industry."

The Most Loved Workplaces list is compiled using BPI's Love of Workplace Index™ and the Most Loved Workplace® methodology. This extensive assessment evaluates five key areas that reflect employee sentiment: workplace collaboration, optimism about the organisation’s future, alignment between employer and employee values, respect across all levels, and opportunities for career growth. In partnership with Newsweek editors, BPI also took into account additional factors such as return-to-office policies, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, as well as other workplace and talent development initiatives. This holistic approach ensures a thorough evaluation of each organisation's work environment and culture.
