Vista Equity Partners and KnowBe4

In February 2023, leading global investment firm Vista Equity Partners (Vista) acquired KnowBe4 in a take-private transaction. Stu Sjouwerman, Founder, Chairman and CEO of KnowBe4, made the following statement about the investment:
