KnowBe4 Launches Clean Energy Incentives for Employees

KnowBe4 prides itself on taking environmental responsibility seriously. To that end, we are always looking for ways to do more. One big thing we can do is encourage our employees to be more sustainable through the use of incentive programs.

On the personal Knowster Climate Pledge - which 96% of our staff have taken at the time of writing - the fourth most popular option chosen across the globe was “Reduce my personal consumption of fossil fuels.”  This option was also in the top five of every country but one.

We heard our employees, took it to heart, and launched new clean energy Incentives. KnowBe4 offers two different incentives to eligible employees:

• $1,000 solar incentive for the purchase or lease of solar panels for the home 
• $1,000 incentive for the purchase or lease of a fully electric car

Knowsters are already lining up to take advantage of these incentives, and we couldn't be more excited about it. KnowBe4 continues to try and make a positive impact on this "little blue marble that is racing around the sun."
